You simply cannot go wrong with combining nuts and dates in my opinion. I have tried so many variations of these types of snacks, but thought it would be fun to make a PB&J version. The great thing is you get the flavors of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without sugary, processed jelly, calorie-filled peanut butter, and bread. I love these little gems of a snack and I hope you will to. With only 5-ingredients, they couldn’t be simpler to make, and they taste great right out of the freezer.
