My friends the Warnick’s made this Creamy Kale and Sausage Farfalle at a Thrive cooking demo I went to a few months ago. I fell in love after the first bite! If I had to cut up the veggies, and make a from-scratch white sauce called for in the original recipe, I would have never made it. With Thrive, you have cooked sausage all ready to go, as well as chopped zucchini, carrots, onions, and red bell pepper. Easy peasy. Just measure and dump.

Creamy Kale and Sausage Farfalle (The Easiest Dinner Ever}



  1. Prepare Thrive Rainbow Farfalle Pasta according to directions.
  2. In a separate skillet, add olive oil, garlic and sausage and onions to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add water + Chicken Bouillon.
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini, and kale.
  5. Bring to a boil and then whisk in 1/2 cup Thrive Béchamel powder.
  6. Add parmesan cheese.
  7. Season to taste with Thrive Chef’s Choice Seasoning.
  8. Serve over farfalle pasta and top with Thrive parmesan cheese if desired.

This recipe also works great cooked a few hours in advance and kept warm in a slow cooker. Mix the pasta and sauce together and keep on warm until ready to eat. img_2983
